I went there yesterday after my car wouldn't start and the 1st guy (Tim?) tested the battery, told me it was bad, and said he would be happy to sell me one and replace it. When I went inside the asst. manager 1st said they were busy & I would have to wait which was ok. He then proceeded to tell me my car, a Fusion, required the cowl removed to install the battery and they couldn't do it. I went up the road and Auto Zone was able to replace the battery with no problem.
