Luis M. is the best sales rep that's ever helped me. I usually feel like a bother to the guys in auto shop but he was so genuinely nice and helpful he made me and my mom feel like we weren't being taken advantage of, he even explained the rebate to my mom. He made us feel like valued customers and everything was still $100 less than Auto Zone
They always have the parts and at better prices, it seems. I look after 3 different vehicles and O'Reilly's has come through.
