Purchased a battery, was in & out! Service was friendly!
So the heater core hose on my car broke. I go to this O'Reilly's to get one and they match my car and they give me one. So I go pull the old one off which causes coolant to go everywhere and the one they gave me is the wrong one (it doesn't fit and I'm losing coolant trying to put it on). So I lose a bunch of coolant for nothing. I go back and tell them it's the wrong hose. They give me another hose and assure me it's the right one.
