Moving from NC to TX and stopped here to see why my check engine light was on. JC Lee was sooooo nice, professional, and helpful!! He gave me assurance I would be fine and told me what I needed when I get to TX. Great experience and much needed peace of mind!
Please don't get any parts with life time warranty. They will find a way not to honor or give you headaches about getting replacements. I have been dealing with them on Plank Road since 1977 and now that Mr. Anthony is gone there is some incompetent individuals who does not care. I went to Auto Zone and the manager made it right for me. They have loss my business. Mary B
They put you on hold there when you call and never click back over. AutoZone never does this. So AutoZone is where I went to get a 400.00 part.
