Andre is simply the Best!!! I have an update for O'Reilly's Auto parts store in Mill Creek as of May 11th 2026. Since Google won't let me add a review to my old review I'm doing it this way. I am a low income senior and with Trump's attack on our economy I can't afford to live anymore but my brake light was out and I didn't need a ticket so I had to go buy a tail light at O'Reilly's. I would like to thank Ryan for his excellent service. I came in looking for parts needed for a replacement, and the task wasn’t simple, but he handled it professionally and efficiently. He took the time to understand my needs, asked the right questions, and helped me find all the necessary parts. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help really stood out. Thanks to his assistance, I saved time and avoided buying unnecessary items. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.
Today I brought a large plastic tub full of unused new parts purchased over the last five years from O’Reillys. 25+ different parts. I know that this was a total pain in the ass for anyone to have dealt with they credited my account for all of the parts purchased in the sum of $403. I just want to say that Ryan went above and beyond and was very patient spent roughly 45 minutes getting me sorted out five stars.
