My go to store for auto parts. Staff are always helpful and friendly. If the store doesn't have it in stock, their warehouse often does and can get it to the store within a day. And you can have confidence that when you buy a name brand part (NGK, etc) it's going to be a genuine part and not a counterfeit (Amazon, I'm looking at you).

I visited the store last week for a problem with the car battery running out frequently and needing a jump starter. The frequency with which that was happening, it made us believe the battery needed to be replaced, however, the store representatives helped with running the battery test instead of just selling me a new battery. When the normal test did not work, the guy named BJ suggested to do the alternator test and we found out that the battery health was still good, all it needed was to trickle charge it overnight. I had just left Auto Zone to get a key battery and although the young guys were nice, unfortunately they didn't have the right tools to exchange the dead battery. They referred me to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Man did they send me to the right place! The owner/Mgr right off the bat ,knew exactly what I needed and had the tools and knowledge to fix it!! He went above and beyond to satisfy my need! I highly recommend this specific Auto Shop in Mill Creek! His Clerk was also supportive too!
