The people in there this afternoon when I went to return my battery were rude and lazy. Couldn’t find the receipt but was just trying to return the battery, gave them the number for the account my brother in law used and even told them he used his companies account for the purchase the guy that was helping me first was rude during that whole process and then the lady that was helping me after had the same poor attitude while I was trying to get the information from my brother in law. I called to price a tool rental they told. me $40 I drive up there and they tell me $60 I was pissed
Disappointed in customer service i talked to Cameron about a clutch and i called back about a fly wheel and got a different person his name was steve i told him what i had and seem like he didn’t no what he was doing but he finally found the fly wheel and ask for him to give me the clutch part number to make sure he had the right clutch and put me on hold twice and cameron gets on the phone and says the part number he gave you was right but steve never give me a part number and also steve told cameron that i cursed at him an... read more

Rude and not helpful at all . It was like the employees were to busy joking and playing around to help with my questions. Any other store would at least step around the counter help you out with finding what you are looking for. Needless to say very disappointed!
