the store manager is very disrespectful and well I'm just going to call it as I see it he's a b**** and I'll never go there again and when I called to complain to his district are they can tell me is it my word versus his and when I said pull the cameras cuz you need to see how I was treated I was told there's not any
A belt came off of my work van while driving so I was near this store. went in and purchased new belt and rented the $60 tensioner tool to use in the par king lot, and the tool would not work, they loaned a 19mm wrench and it worked no problem upon returning the loaner that didn't work they charged me $11 for the wrench that they loaned me. their bait and switch Customer service was extremely horrible to this 30 year Customer.
