walked into the store off Promenade Pkwy for the first time. One guy was at the counter talking on the phone he said nothing to me so I waited about five minutes and walked out and went to Autozone and was waited on right away. lesson learned will never return.
I came to visit my family here in Lafayette in yesterday . I live south of Nashville tn . And my wheel. Bearing broke in half and I'm 400 miles from home with no tool so I called the local oreileys store spoke with a gentlemen name Ken . This man went so far out of his way as to even loan me his personal tools and even stay after work 30 till I was finished . Don't know what I would have done without his hospitality . I would recommend every shop here .. thank you again sir. There needs to be more people like u around theses... read more
Ken from this store actually came out on his off time to help me out with a brake job i was doing. he had a smile on his face the whole time and was very polite. he went above and beyond the standard customer service needed to make sure I'd be back on the road. My new permanent home for my automotive needs.
If I could give a negative rating for this store I would. After getting my car started this morning with having dead battery, I went to oreillys knowing they would test and install since my husband is out of town. They tested and yes battery was needed. They could sell me one but not install because according to them there is a "company policy" that under a certain temperature they aren't allowed to be outside for more than 5 minutes......after calling a manager at another store I find this policy does not exist.
