First time here. Used to go to another local auto parts place but the last few encounters have not been very helpful. I was greeted by Kate who immediately asked if she could help me. She helped me pick out a headlight bulb and even offered to change it for me. I took her up on the offer because cars are not my specialty. She replaced my headlight and provided amazing customer service. Kate is a Rockstar!!! O'Reilly...you have a new customer now!!
