Shout out to O'Reilly Auto Parts. My battery was about to die and my mechanic, Anthem Mobil 1 was closed, so they sent me to O'Reilly's. They tested my battery and confirmed it was bad, but let me know that it was under warranty at Walmart (Chris had bought it there last year but I forgot). Nice to have trustworthy businesses in Anthem.
Incompetence can be tolerated but the Lies and Laziness... – You have to expect incompetence from low paid employees but the bold faced lies and rudeness blew me away - like something from a Saturday Night Live skit. I ordered some high end specialty shocks for my Jeep which came in the next morning. When I tried to pick them up they refused to give them to me without a receipt - the same peson who took 30 to 45 mins to place my order and take my money the day before - the same person who was looking at my order on her scree... read more
The manager here is not honest. – I brought back a top of the line battery to checker yesterday 9/7/2010 and expected the warrenty to be no problem. I bought thie battery for two resons: 1. The promisse that this would not fail, 2. The warrenty if it did. Well it did fail and then the fun started. They first tried to give me an extreme battery back like I would have expected, but that did not fir.
