They replaced my dying battery with a new one. I didn't know they would do that. Only certain autos. Thanks again!
The staff was completely incompetent. They first told me they didn't have both parts I needed, then they said they did. I asked them to double check to be sure. They assured me that yes, they were both stock. I drove 20 miles to pick them up. They only had one and the other needed to be ordered. I arranged to have them picked up by another person, but wanted to pay for them both ahead of time. I paid with a credit card. It took 3 attempts for the sales associate to finally arrive at a legitimate total. He kept blaming the co... read more

Excellent Part Store I headed into Oreilly's Auto Parts last year to pick up some car parts for my husband. I personally know nothing about cars, so I found the experience pretty intimidating. But, from the moment I walked in I got excellent costumer service. Someone helped me right away, and was able to get me the part my husband needed. He felt that the price was fair. I would recommend them to others as they were quite helpful.
