We had a flat tire a few blocks from O’Reillys But drove to the store.Mason Took very good care of us got some fix a flat and he had his own little 12 V air pump. He put the fix a flat in the tire and aired the tire up with his pump. My wife and I both have bad backs we’re in our 70s and it was very much appreciated. What he did was above and beyond. He asked for nothing, but I tipped him, of course. THANK you Mason AGAIN VERY MUCH!!!
We stopped on a Sunday morning with several dashboard lights on our car and still had seven hours to drive. Scott took the time to troubleshoot all of our systems and even checked a few that might be in question. He was able to find the problem and resolve it in a manner of minutes. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and we could continue on in a safe manner.
