We just left the Dickinson TX store on Hwy. 3 (for the last time-won’t go back) because of their lack of customer service. There was a line, a female that had just walked in the store cut in front of everyone. My husband said “Excuse me but I’ve was here before you & have been patiently waiting”. Both she & the cashier (male) looked at him as if he was crazy. Therefore, he nodded & said just go ahead then walked out without the items he planned to purchase. Last trip to O’Reilly Auto Parts!
RecommendedPaul the Assistant Manager saved our day. When we arrived at the DMV for my 16 year old son to take his driving test, the DMV said we had a blinker out & we could not test... unless we got it repaired in the next 20 minutes. We quickly drove to the nearest auto part store. Paul to the rescue! He had our blinker light changed in only a few minutes and we were back at the DMV just before the deadline. Thank you Paul... my son passed the test and smiled all the way home thanks to you!
