If I could put zero Stars I would. I went in yesterday and ordered a part for my car, which I have a mechanic scheduled to come out today and fix. I was told the part would be here at 12:30, and went by at 1 to pick it up. Not only was the part not there, but my order was cancelled that I prepaid yesterday. The guy (kid) behind the counter really did not care that they put me in a huge bind. I asked him to make sure and let a manager know what happened, and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Went to get my windshield wipers replaced and store cashier so very nice. They were busy, while we had to wait till the rain stopped so they could put the blades on. She even got another worker to help in putting the blades cause rain had stopped and she had to continue servicing customers. Thank you so much! ��
