Wow! What a wonderful experience with the red headed Bear! Not being from a small community, I just figured I would get your basic services but this guy exceeded my expectations. A hose had busted in my car and I was frantic as I had to go pick up my son from daycare and when he let me know that I wouldn’t be able to get far without changing it, he stopped mid sentence and changed it within a minute for me! Lol! Ordered a part and it came pretty much the next day. BUT WAS THE WRONG PART! so they ordered another part and told me they would call me. A week past and no call.. so I decided to go in and see what was going on. They told me they had no idea where it was lol!! So they say they would call me that night to find out where it went.still NO CALL. Wtf. I call back the next morning and speak with the manager.
