I would give 0 stars if I could. After having several problems with parts I have purchased from O'Reilly Auto Parts over the time-span of about a year and a half, I decided to call the local repair shops and all of them unanimously said they purchase very few parts from O'Reilly's, due to the poor quality of their parts with one shop stating they had as many as 8 warranty claims going at one time. Even going as far as offering to lend us your personal tools, checking on us and for searching for all parts to help us repair the truck. We truly appreciate all your help and support. These days it's hard to find employees with such great customer service.

So an O'Reilly's woman delivery driver thought it would be nice to pass us on I90 because we wouldn't get over fast enough for her. As she's passing us on the passenger side with MY 2 YEAR OLD NEPHEW IN THE BACK CARSEAT SHE FLIPS US OFF AND CUTS IN FRONT OF US ALMOST HITTING OUR CAR!!!!!! So I made my mom follow her to her JOB SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT!!!!!! GOOD WAY TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY
