Cracked radiator - July 3rd, 2026 called Auto Zone (S Pine Ave) asked for part employee "we don't have Belleview store does" confirmed three times. (No way between close of 6/3 and open of 6/4 did they sale the part). Broke down half way to Belleview, so walked 2 miles to Auto Zone to be told "we can order it". I was livid so fiancé got me out of there. Called O'Reilly's spoke to Ryan he listen looked up part stated didn't have it in store could have it by 3 pm it would be coming from Lady Lake. I’m am beyond grateful for John. I honestly would have been careless, stressed, on the side of some road if it wasn’t for him. To be honest I’m not the type to leave reviews but that man right there needs a bonus check, a new house n car. Once again, Thank u so much John!! U saved this single mom’s car from blowing up.
