Abe and Brian are awesome. I went in yesterday to get coils and spark plugs for my car, they had to be ordered which was fine and were available for pick up today. Today after work I embarrassingly had an issue removing some things to do the job. Went to the store and they both assisted me. I don’t feel too terrible about it because it was a bit of a struggle for them to get the coils out too. Thank you both so much I am truly grateful for everything. Went in today for a simple crush washer today.. online and the Shores store said this store had 6 in stock. The young kid behind the counter Devon whom looked high as a kite, seemed like I was stupid even though I had a screenshot and part number. Not only did he “lead me” the the bulk washer area which didn’t fit my needs and I pressed him for the correct part comes back with the incorrect part and then answered the phone completely ignoring me. I work in retail not to different from being behind the parts counter. However ... read more
Great store, nice people and gave me honest answers to my questions. They also had the best price in the area for the part I needed, (starter), I'm new in area and O'Reilly is now my go-to auto parts store.
