This place is great. I went to other automotive stores and it was like they just wanted me to leave. Jake went above and beyond help me with my hood latch. It was extremely helpful. This will be my go to place for now on. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family. This is the place to go and to talk to Jake thanks again.
Outstanding customer service, after a horrible experience at oreillys on southwillow street in manchester with the assistant manager bruce, I came to the mast rd location and everyone was very welcoming and understanding my frustration thank you Dylan, Larry, And the assistant manager jake for making it right and giving me a great experience in your store will definitely be back
Terrible customer service, spoke with manager and was told someone would be right out to help me. Employees were to busy talking to each other to help. Got pissed and walked out and went to advance auto to get my battery tested and replaced
Good service They have a lot of inventory
