I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Roberto! My car battery was giving me trouble, and on top of that, I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. Roberto went above and beyond—he not only helped me with the battery but also took the time to help me get my keys out. He was super patient, kind, and professional. It’s not every day you find someone so willing to help. Thank you, Roberto, for turning a stressful situation into a good one. You’re the best!

Called 3 different times at around 4pm-425pm. Apparently, no one is available to answer the phones. I guess the competition down the road will be getting my business.
