One bad experience with Jack. I’ve been coming to O’Reilly for a long time because the staff are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help – it’s why I keep coming back. On my recent visit I had a very unfortunate experience with one employee who was dismissive when I asked for help clarifying the oil specials.
