One bad experience with Jack. I’ve been coming to O’Reilly for a long time because the staff are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help – it’s why I keep coming back. On my recent visit I had a very unfortunate experience with one employee who was dismissive when I asked for help clarifying the oil specials. Car broke down in Draper just over Suncrest. AAA came out and said it was the battery. I was able to start it and drive it home, but realized early the next morning we’d need to be on the road again. I noticed O’Reilly’s was just down the hill, but closed in 5 minutes. I booked it and made it inside just before it closed. I apologized to the employees but asked for their help to replace the battery. They didn’t roll their eyes or shoo me away.
