My friends and I were passing through town when my serpentine belt snapped. Luckily we safely pulled into the gas station across from O’Reilly. Rob along with everyone else working today was incredibly helpful: got us the right parts, let us borrow tools, and printed us a diagram for how to replace the belt. Then once we replaced the belt, Rob came out and checked our work and found that an Idler was broken as well (possibly why the belt snapped initially) and he helped us replace that last part too.
