I needed some rotors turned today. I went to three other O'Reilly locations - all of which have a sign that says "We Turn Rotors" - and all of them said "Our machine is broken" or "We don't do it." No help at all beyond just: no, no here. I came to this location and Leslie, the assistant manager, served me at the counter. She regrettably said that their machine was ALSO broken, which really sucked for me.
