I am so happy that the Lee Trevino store is my store. Liz is always very helpful and doesn’t mind finding the parts I need for the out of the ordinary jobs I’m working on. I went by to pick a wiper and waited patiently and the guy behind counter goes outside with customer leaving me there waiting. Another employee see's me and ignores me. I wait and finally leave. This my first and last time there.
I drove by this store and one of their employees started cussing ,yelling ,and threatening me to drive slow in the parking lot. I was driving 15 mph to park and see my doctor across their store. He kept yelling and threatening me until I started treating him the same. He finally left. I reported him to their district manager Melissa and I told her she should terminate his employment. Went to Autozone on George Dieter asking for headlights because both my regular and high beams were out on both sides 2021 Buick). Short little dude couldn't be bothered to step outside and tell me which lights I needed - told me to "take them out" and bring them back" even though I'm a woman and have no idea how to do that, and I told him my car was parked right outside.
