All is great except for customer service....I mean you walk in the door and there is only one person at the counter with a line of customers and yet there is like 5 or more staff members helping the employees that do deliveries...and or they walk by counter and don't acknowledge the next person in line and its not just one store in particular i went to 3 stores today and they all the same ..

Isaac crushed it. He was fast at helping us and super polite. He quickly tested our alternator and battery. He will be the reason that this is the only O,Reillys that I ever shop at.
