Store clerk and manager both came out to help Good Dudes
Wasted 20 min trying to get my battery tested. Waited my turn in line, asked for my battery to be tested then says he’s gonna take care of the rest of the line first. Then the other employee gets freed up then just makes small talk with the delivery driver and ignores me. I walked out went to advance auto parts and got my battery tested within 5 minutes.
Malachi was awesome, we were off the interstate for a bite to eat when we had a tire issue. He went beyond his duties to help us get what we needed to repair and be on our way! Awesome customer service!
