I visited the Read Location I came into the store was greeted by 1 young lady, looked for what I was looking for, paid and left I couldn't get my lid off my vehicle to add oil, went back into the store their was not 1 male/Man in site, as I was walking away a man pulled up to go into the store I asked him and he assisted me very quickly and nicely, that's it, oh and the store was very clean, it looked like a new store but I'm not sure.
I’ve been coming to this parts store since 2022 and this is the first time I’ve had an unpleasant unprofessional experience with a manager I’ve never seen before she was very rude,impatient condescending and on her phone while trying to help me I won’t be returning to this store.
