Arriving at this store was pleasant, until Ms Betty came out ..she reminded me of why I hate coming to the east. I recommend that on the clock you only discuss the needs of customers. This lady is delusional just saying anything, speaking on things that she should not sounding ignorant. Do better
Staff was very professional and knowledgeable.
Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees were there. Store was incredibly clean and smelled nice also.
I visited the Read Location I came into the store was greeted by 1 young lady, looked for what I was looking for, paid and left I couldn't get my lid off my vehicle to add oil, went back into the store their was not 1 male/Man in site, as I was walking away a man pulled up to go into the store I asked him and he assisted me very quickly and nicely, that's it, oh and the store was very clean, it looked like a new store but I'm not sure.
I’ve been coming to this parts store since 2022 and this is the first time I’ve had an unpleasant unprofessional experience with a manager I’ve never seen before she was very rude,impatient condescending and on her phone while trying to help me I won’t be returning to this store.
