RecommendedThe staff at this store is always courteous and knowledgeable. Most auto part stores are not very welcoming towards people who have little to no knowledge about cars. At O’Reilly’s I am never made to feel bad for not knowing exactly what I need, and someone is always ready to help me figure it out. I appreciate that everything is clean, organized and easy to find. I exclusively shop this location.
I highly recommend the O'Reilly Auto Parts store located in Holly Hill. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. Not like most places with people more interested in looking at their phone.
Me and my wife were in the area from Georgia. We stopped in to the store on Nova Road.. As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by every associate who saw us come in. 7/3/2020-7/5/2020. A manager of this location has tested Positive for the Corona Virus. They refused to give any information, no contact tracing, and the store is still open with no precautions. Be aware, because no business will tell you anything, as they don’t have to by law.
tried to get a carb rebuild kit gave them all the numbers finalley after 4 tries it took this young lady who google it and took her time to finalley get the right part
