Terrible customer service. I came in and stood in line. There was 2 employees at the front helping customers. A young couple walked in behind me. I saw the guy make eye contact with one of the employees. Young kid with braces. The couple that came in walked around and tried to cut the line. I have been to this location since they were across the street at 2317 Texoma Parkway. They have great service, and they always have what you need if they are not out of stock on the item. If you need parts for your car that you can’t get anywhere else, O’ Reilly Auto Parts is the place to go.
