Great staff and fair pricing
Showed the associate the pic of the light that came on. Looks electrical, he says. Doesn't bother to come do a diagnostic check. Got miles away from home and my van wouldn't start. Thanks for nothing, lazy.
I was treated with above and beyond service. Despite not being knowledgeable about cars, I was also educated with respect and kindness. They fixed my issue in $50 of supplies. I would have spent $400 or more at the dealership. Truly grateful!
I've left glowing reviews for O'Reilly's Auto parts stores in several cities in this area, because they are always so spot on. This one is no exception. Andrew, in particular, goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need and don't have what you don't need. He's actually engaged in your situation, not going through the motions. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I've grown increasingly opposed to these corporate "support for our troops and veterans" campaigns.
