This is the second time I've been into to place to receive horrible Customer Service. The staff working in there are always to busy to stop and help. As the old saying goes, first time is your mistake- second time is my mistake. I know alot of mechanics in Tarboro/ Edgecombe County, and I've heard this before about O'Reilly. Now I've dealt with it myself, and I will report back to every one of these mechanics. Just to let them know it wasn't them. I will go to there competitor,because I Know they don't care. Great Manager has helped me a lot I Never will go anywhere else!!!Once again Lewis the Manger came to my rescue,very professional,very kind, Knowledge!!! Have to shout out to Minnie also so helpful professional and knowledgeable also !! Make Lewis Manager of the Year!! When my sons are to busy I say that's ok I have a OReilly Son 🤣🤣Thanks again for great employees
A few weeks back I dropped my Brake fluid cap into my engine block. Two of the employees helped me trying to find it and Minnie went above and beyond to help me find it. Chevy was also very helpful too. Customer service was amazing and they let me leave my car there till a new brake fluid cap was ordered.
