My husband called to see if they had a part for my Mother's vehicle, the person who answered the phone hung up on him twice. We will take our business somewheres else.
Oreilly Auto Parts is the worst place to ever deal with especially when you order parts from them. None of the staff explain that their 2 day shipping policy means that Parts ship out for delivery 2 days after you order. They will get to the store at some point in the future after they ship. Due to employee lack of training and customer care, their ignorance towards shipping costed me extra money and to not get the gift in time to give to my child for Christmas.
