I commend the O'reilly's team members who so graciously hosted and supported our fund raising event. I could not have had a better experience here. I have been coming to this location for years with questions and for parts and have never had a bad experience. The crew has always been knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. It was an awful experience with the assistant manager stating at one point she wasn't properly trained and did not know how to handle the situation. At another point, she even refused to help the hubby when she should have apologized for the mix up, confusion, etc and gave him his money back - cash, not a credit to his debit card. She even assured him that the money would appear right away back into his account - it doesn't and left him without money to purchase another part. I doubt if he will ever go back.
