Worst place ever! Came in yesterday and all I wanted was to get a battery for my key fob and the dummy behind the counter said that they cannot open it because it will deprogram my key fob and that I would have to get it towed! Never heard of that. So I went to autozone where they Laughed at this guy and they installed my battery to the key fob! And guess what!!! My car didn’t need a tow!!! They need new employees… hard working ones at that… not these lazy ones
TODAY THIS MORNING I STOPPED BY AT THE O'REILLY AUTO STORE IN KERMAN, AND BEFORE I COULD EVEN GO INSIDE JESUS A WORKER OF THIS LOCATION WHO WAS GOING INSIDE THE STORE AT THE SAME TIME I WAS OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME AND GREETING ME WITH, "GOOD MORNING SIR" HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY.. I DID NOT KNOW THE SIZE OF MY RADIATOR OF MY VEHICLE, SO HE WENT OUTSIDE WITH ME AND CHECKED THE TYPE OF RADIATOR THAT I NEEDED AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT WITH THE PRICE AND INFO OF RADIATOR THAT I NEED. My lights went out so I pulled up to O'Reilly in kerman Jesus an Employee was very very polite and helpful he even helped install them very apriciated for his help ..will come back ...thankyou very much
