I honestly avoid going here because every time I did the customer service wasn't good but ever since this new girl i believe her names shauna started working here everytime my husband and I need something for our car she never disappoints she answers all our questions makes us feel very comfortable shes very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door even if shes not the one helping us ive seen her up and down if you guys go definitely have her be the one to take care of you
Avoid Shauna as much as you can, fails to answer basic questions and takes forever to do just about anything seems like a major bottle neck in getting through a line. I miss Jesus and now of days just try to go later in the day to get the closing crew.
I know nothing about cars so I relied on the employee to advise me on the part my mechanic sent me to purchase. I called before heading to the store to place the order however the order could only be paid for in store. I was met by Shauna, who helped me over the phone earlier. She went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase calling my mechanic to assure the part I was ordering was the part he needed to replace due to some confusion being upstream.
