By far the best experience I’ve received in an auto parts store. Thank you Jesus for going above and beyond in helping me replace my car battery. I came in clueless and he was very helpful. Shauna was also amazing with a friendly check out.
Worst place ever! Came in yesterday and all I wanted was to get a battery for my key fob and the dummy behind the counter said that they cannot open it because it will deprogram my key fob and that I would have to get it towed! Never heard of that. So I went to autozone where they Laughed at this guy and they installed my battery to the key fob! And guess what!!! My car didn’t need a tow!!! They need new employees… hard working ones at that… not these lazy ones
TODAY THIS MORNING I STOPPED BY AT THE O'REILLY AUTO STORE IN KERMAN, AND BEFORE I COULD EVEN GO INSIDE JESUS A WORKER OF THIS LOCATION WHO WAS GOING INSIDE THE STORE AT THE SAME TIME I WAS OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME AND GREETING ME WITH, "GOOD MORNING SIR" HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY.. I DID NOT KNOW THE SIZE OF MY RADIATOR OF MY VEHICLE, SO HE WENT OUTSIDE WITH ME AND CHECKED THE TYPE OF RADIATOR THAT I NEEDED AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT WITH THE PRICE AND INFO OF RADIATOR THAT I NEED.
