Returned a side mirror kit that the store said would fit my 1998 F150- after I got a cool enough day to fix it and dismantled the old cracked mirror it wasn’t even close to looking like mine . It was the wrong size and the insides to connect were wrong. I took it back to NW Riley’s and explained it was the wrong one and asked for credit on my card back. I have been having a huge problem getting the correct part. I called to talk to the manager he was very rude told me he's not a magician and just because he has the manager title dont mean he can work magic I am looking for proper help and this is what I got told that is horrible service and I would not recommend this store at all if ur looking for the help u need finding the correct parts for ur store. it's a cv axle not too hard to look in the system and help a man out I have many friends including family who work and have... read more
