Found my necessary part at a different place $70 cheaper and instalked free. No waite for the installer to return from lunch.
This place is absolutely horrible. We always go to our O'Reilly's in Allegheny County and they know what they're doing, so that's literally what I expect from an O'Reillys… Never have I ever in my 40 years of life walked into an Auto Parts Store and had the guy behind the counter ask ME what the part was!!! my husband hands me parts all of the time and I go in O'Reilly's (or any part store) and they replace those exact parts, no questions asked… Not only did the guy behind the counter, not know what the parts were, but he lo... read more
