STOP and ask for detailed explanations of warranties on the products this store sells!! Bought a sensor which didn't work and the store manager showed a lack of professionalism, was confrontive and argumentative (in front of other clients). Did not care to provide a possible solution to my issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Got to tell you, Your customer service out of your Grapevine TX location is fricken horrible. Manager Craig gave me the wrong information to complete my transaction and when I called back to speak with him later tonight. I spoke to a John ( if that’s his name and) and no only was he condescending he was utterly rude and unhelpful. He shouldn’t be serving fries at a fast food restaurant let alone working for Oriellys. WTH has happened to y’all. I’m about to become a Napa customer!!!
Sold me the wrong oil filter & would not exchange it. "Computer" said I had never been there. Been shopping there for 3 years. I recognized the guy @ the counter. I had no receipt so no service. Bye.
The guys at oreileys are AWESOME! They took the time to answer all my questions! They helped me figure out exactly what I needed to buy. And walked me thru the steps of what I should do to fix the problem. They even spent a good 15 minutes after my purchase just talking trucks and keeps with me❤️ OREILEYS ROCKS!!!
