Good afternoon, I just wanted to send a note to let you all know that the store manager at the location 5714 Forest Bend Dr, Arlington, TX 76017 is absolutely unprofessional and rude. His name is Ian. Every encounter that we have with him is completely unacceptable. He refuses to provide basic customer service. We have been long of standing customers with Oreilly's.
