Bad brake rotor machine job. The staff effort is not in question, but the results speak for themselves. Rotor run out on rotors in where approx 4 thousands. Picked up after machined, the machine grooves looked a little deep. Put on vehicle. The result was worse than when I took off. So I measured run to 6 to 7 thousands. (2 different meters) Ended up putting new rotors on. I would say your calibration is off . I have had rotors turned here before, but this job failed.
I had a problem with my car and the manager Cindy was so very patient and helpful. She and the other employees went out of their way to help me. She is very knowledgeable and kind and a bonus the store is so clean and organized. I will continue to go there for whatever I need. Cindy you rock!!! Thank you again!
