Extremely rude and not helpful at al. The guy I talked to has been rude before. He has probably been there for at least 1-2 years. The Fat guy with a beard has a serious attitude problem. I went back cause I was trying to find something no one had. Never again. Napa took care of me . They spent 5-10 minutes with me and found what I needed without attitude .
Returned optima battery for exchange Matt explained that he couldn’t exchange the battery because it had been exchanged now the past. This goes against the manufacturers policy and now I’m going to have to go through them and hopefully I can get the O’Rileys straightened out
