Purchased a 5qt jug of oil right off the shelf. Got home with the oil to find out that it was not properly sealed, causing 1qt of oil to spill into my carpets. Tried to reach out to the store and customer support to have it resolved. But O’Reillys doesn’t want to make any effort to try fix the issue. I’ve waited 6 days to hear from someone from the company.
