We called this store to order an alternator and was told it would arrive to the store later that day right after 11AM. I called to confirm around 10 and received confirmation over the phone that my order was sent and to expect the part still right after 11AM. One of the store employees (who was indeed helpful and empathetic so thank you - Tyler?) called to let me know the part was in.
