worst experience in a oreillys there was a long line and the assistant manager was just walking around and got frustrated when another worker asked him for help with the line. then the assistant was rude and no help telling me they dont carry the part i needed. i talked to rod and nic they found my part right away and had it in stock. The assistant NEEDS to go back to training or something
Saw my part online, in stock, went to pick it up and wasn't there, the assistant was of no help, and I waited for 15-20 min inline too!
This O'-O'-O'Reilly's location is clean, knowledgeable, helpful, well-priced and highly recommended for your auto part needs!
That's my first choice,I have a few times encountered unknowledgeable staff that were like 🤷I dunno.but there very nice and mostly got what I need.i go there first!
