Let me inform you of the horrible customer service experience I had this morning that was clearly racism at its best. I walked in to the Manager Harold (Caucasian man) who was speaking to another customer about firearms,ammunition and war. Once he saw me standing there he continued to speak about shooting/violence with another customer and completely ignored me. Once the client left, I asked him a question on where I could find a part.
