My father was treated bad by your store when he tried to get you to honor the lifetime warranty on a cv axle. Your bogus claim that a price difference of the exchange done originally from you giving us the wrong part is a lame way to try and screw someone out of a warranty. Regardless of that exchange there's still a warranty on the part we purchased from you. I think you should make it right, and apologize for the inconvenience you have caused.
The older woman who works here was super rude and didn't want to help me with parts I needed to purchase. Was waiting to be helped by her in line and instead of asking what I needed she looked at me with exasperation and put her arm in the air as if asking "what do you want!?" Told her I needed parts from the back and all I got was a nasty look, bug eyes and "okay?...." Tried to further explain and all I got was the same nasty "okay?" Three times.
