Terrible customer service with no organization!
Went to o rellys in Herrin Il after my battery went out..They are supposed to change my battery out if I buy one there..They didn't after I asked if they can they laugh at me saying it's raining out..First off it was hardly even raining out second it's your job..I do things at my job that I do for customer service especially during the holidays.I am not going say to u no I aint...I will not tell anyone to come here..I went to auto zone in Marion and they changed it and was nice
Not only were we gave the wrong part 5 time they acted like my boyfriend was trying to return a used part that they had just sold us. Get some worker who know what their doing. We will not being coming back.
