RecommendedWonderful. I was told I had a break light out by a friend who drove behind me.. I went there and bought break light and they put it in for me. No extra charge.
Always a big help, on instore items and special order items
This is far and away our favorite parts house in town. We have been racing for almost 30 years now, and know how frustrating some places can be. Paul, Francis, Elizabeth, David, Bill, Re' and the rest of the crew can always find obscure parts for us at reasonable prices. I like to Thank Mr. Doug K at Your 1426 Fort Campbell Blvd. Store for helping Me find what was wrong with my Car. He suggested it was the Idle Air Valve according to The Computer.. I took the old One out and it was Nasty. Unlike Your Competitor who wouldn't even offer any help or suggestions Mr. Doug,K showed What it's Like to Offer Real Customer Service. Thanks again...
Everyone is always nice and goes out of their way to help find whatever I need. Big helpers of the local school by letting them have car washes.
Guy was rude, treated me like my gender made me dumb, making rude and disrespectful comments. I won't return to this store location or the company in general. Company did nothing about how rude and disrespectful he was when I called.
