Poor customer service! Came 2 weeks ago to order something the guy there took the time to look at the computer after I waited like 20 min. He looked up the auto part for me and said he will call me. I told him several time it is urgent and I need it badly he said when he receives a reply about the availability of the item he will call me. I asked how long this is going to take he said later in the afternoon.I have waited several days but no calls so I did not bother to call to ask or go in person as I was turned off of the p... read more
Went here today with a headlight issue. I actually had went to Goodyear a few weeks ago and thought they fixed it. NOPE! I went back to Goodyear and they proceed to tell me it must be the headlight connector and it would cost me $140!! Seriously, a headlight connector is like $8! Anyways, I went to O'Reilly's and told them about it. The District Manager actually went out to my car and checked it out himself! And it wasn't an easy task to get to my headlight.
