Poor customer service! Came 2 weeks ago to order something the guy there took the time to look at the computer after I waited like 20 min. He looked up the auto part for me and said he will call me. I told him several time it is urgent and I need it badly he said when he receives a reply about the availability of the item he will call me. Went here today with a headlight issue. I actually had went to Goodyear a few weeks ago and thought they fixed it. NOPE! I went back to Goodyear and they proceed to tell me it must be the headlight connector and it would cost me $140!! Seriously, a headlight connector is like $8! Anyways, I went to O'Reilly's and told them about it. The District Manager actually went out to my car and checked it out himself! And it wasn't an easy task to get to my headlight.
