The last three times we went here we were given wrong parts! And now again TODAY! Obviously these employees don’t know anything about car parts! Unreal!!!
Today I stopped in to get my wipers changed, while David was installing them it started to monsoon out. I asked if he had an umbrella I could hold over his head. He replied no with a smile. I offered to wait till rain let up he told me he was fine and didn't smile. He offered me to get out of the rain but I said if he was getting wet so was I. On 3/20/2016 I had purchased a load of parts for the front end of my truck and few of the parts were ball joints and they gave me the wrong lower ball joints TWICE and it messed up the lower control arm in my truck. I had to go out and get a new lower control arm from the junkyard took me 4 days to acquire the right one. I did not bring up the labor claim because i am not an asshole.
