Staff was not very customer service friendly
Extremely disappointing experience. I entered this O’Reilly Auto Parts and was not greeted or acknowledged, even though employees clearly saw me. While I stood waiting, a white customer walked in and was immediately greeted and helped—over top of me. The only person who helped me was an older African American woman who came from the back and was professional and courteous. Her coworkers did nothing. Long wait for assistance only to find they did not have item needed. Went to Autozone that helped me immediately and had item needed and appeared to have far more inventory overall vs O'Reilly.
The lady that waited on me was amazing
