Staff was not very customer service friendly
Extremely disappointing experience. I entered this O’Reilly Auto Parts and was not greeted or acknowledged, even though employees clearly saw me. While I stood waiting, a white customer walked in and was immediately greeted and helped—over top of me. The only person who helped me was an older African American woman who came from the back and was professional and courteous. Her coworkers did nothing.
