Called and had a part on hold with my name on it. Came to pick it up and it was sold out from under me. After another 30min+ drive to pick my part up tomorrow, I WILL NOT come back to O'Reilly Auto parts again unless it is - total need quick last resort only place that has it!

My dad went in there for an alternator , came in with a piece broken off . So it was reordered , goes back in and the same piece is broken off (6 days later ) and instead of offering an over night shipping , they offer to take 50 dollars of if took it and had it put on . So your gonna discount someone 50 dollars knowing the part you are selling is broken .... that is some shady stuff honestly......
