I needed much more than what I anticipated for my car but Eddie was super helpful by scanning my car to see what I needed fixed. And I was impressed by Rafael who replaced many parts under my hood and was patient while he educated me on why the maintenance was important. He spent over an hour outside replacing parts on my car and I am very appreciate of the kindness that was displayed. I will be definitely coming back here. Thanks again!

Don’t know what’s been going on recently with the area of Oreily service, but got extreme attitude and had a very uncomfortable interaction with person at front desk. Just started my own business and was looking into partnering, however, if this is how they treat their business partner candidates, I don’t want to even know how they treat normal customers.
