I have been visiting the O'Reilly Auto Parts store close to my house now for many, many years. They provide very good one-on-one care for their customers. The store is just the right size to get what you need and easy to get to and park. Today Carlos assisted me and was SUPER friendly. He explained everything about my vehicle and the parts available for me to choose from. He even helped me with the installation on one of my parts! I highly recommend this store for your auto parts needs!!
Jason is amazing!! He helped me and was so patient and informative and just super nice. I will continue to be a customer!! 10/10 he deserves a raise!!
Is outrageous how I went to store and being told that I need to drive 20 miles for simple to warranty exchange my tools that are broken and rusted while the box still have all of the tools they won’t provide with me the service or help I’m currently looking for . Never had a issue exchanging anything besides at this location.
