Last night, I discovered I had a headlight out. I get it, it was 8:30pm (they close at 9), and cold and snowy out. But I had hoped the 2 young men behind the counter could help myself and my elderly mother, install the headlight. The men refused to do so. They were annoyed and said "It's 8:30 and we close at 9." So they don't accept customers past 8:30? Maybe change your hours then. Or just admit you're lazy and don't want to be bothered because you might get a little cold outside. I had a great experience at the O'Reilly store in Girard, PA and the store manager, Chad Snyder, helped me so much! My wiper blade flew completely off of my car on the highway when I was driving to visit family. I had actually never been to an O'Reilly before, but it was Thanksgiving and it was the only store open. Chad went out of his way to help me. He was incredibly cheerful and pleasant the whole time!
